Sellers publish shops, product listings and images on YENTTO. This policy sets the rules for that content and how we keep it clean, and it includes the app’s End User License Agreement.
1.Why this policy exists
A clean, trustworthy marketplace is YENTTO’s product. Clear rules — and fast removal of bad content and bad actors — are how we keep it that way.
2.Where it applies
This policy applies to the content sellers publish on YENTTO — shop names, product listings, descriptions, and images. (There is no customer review or in-app messaging feature at this time; if we add one, this policy will be updated to cover it.)
3.Seller content is reviewed before it goes live
Seller listings and images are checked and approved by our Admin team before they appear to customers. This pre-publication review is our primary filter against objectionable or misleading content — only content that meets our standards is published.
4.Be honest and accurate
Publish only content that is truthful and your own. Listings must accurately describe what is sold, with real prices and honest images, and you must hold the rights to everything you upload.
5.Content that is not allowed
- Illegal goods/services, or anything you’re not permitted to sell.
- Hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content.
- Sexually explicit content, or any content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Violent, graphic, or otherwise objectionable content.
- False, deceptive, or fraudulent claims; fake scarcity or invented discounts.
- Spam, scams, malware, or attempts to move transactions off-platform to evade protections.
- Infringing content, or someone else’s personal data posted without a lawful basis.
6.Report a shop or listing
If you see a listing or shop that breaks these rules, report it: use the report option on the listing/shop, or contact us at support@yentto.com. Reports reach our moderation team, who can remove the content and act against the seller. Removing a listing or unpublishing a shop is handled by our Admin team.
7.How we act on content
We aim to review reports promptly and act within 24 hours on serious or objectionable content by removing it and, where warranted, removing the seller. Action ranges from removing content to warning, limiting, or removing the account, on the same graduated, intent- and frequency-based basis as our Trust & Safety standards.
8.End User License Agreement (EULA)
YENTTO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the YENTTO apps for their intended purpose, subject to these policies and our Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the apps, or use them unlawfully. The apps and all related rights remain owned by YENTTO and its licensors. This licence ends if you stop using YENTTO or breach these terms. The apps are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
App stores. This EULA and our Terms are between you and YENTTO only — not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the apps or their content, and provide no warranty or support for them. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a relevant embargo and are not on a prohibited-parties list, and you agree to comply with the app stores’ own terms of service.
9.No tolerance for objectionable content & abusive users
