Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. You keep what you earn. The only cost is the payment gateway’s own fee when a customer pays online — with no markup from us. Don’t want it? Switch online payments off and take cash on delivery only.
Who handles delivery?
You do — your shop, your zone, your terms. We don’t run couriers; we just make sure customers only see you when you can reach them.
When do I get paid?
Online payments settle to your account within two working days (T+2), with transparent invoices and full transaction breakdowns.
How will customers find me?

What documents do I need to open my shop?
At least one document proof is required to open your shop. Some categories need a specific one — sell food, and a food licence is required. If you have GST or other trade papers, upload those; if you don’t, your Aadhaar is enough. We review your documents before your shop goes live.

Can I turn off online payments?
Yes — take cash on delivery only, and there’s no payment-gateway fee at all. Turn online payments on whenever you want.

Can I share a single product?
