You can delete your YENTTO account and personal data at any time — from inside the app or here on the web. This page is the off-app deletion route.
1.Two ways to delete your account
- In the app — the quickest route, under Account & Privacy.
- On the web — using the request below, no app needed.
Both apply to the YENTTO Customer app and the YENTTO Seller app.
2.Delete from inside the app
Open the YENTTO app, go to Account › Account & Privacy › Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion straight away — no email request needed.
3.Request deletion from the web
If you can’t use the app, email support@yentto.com from your registered email or include your registered mobile number, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify it’s you (so no one else can delete your account) and process the request.

4.What gets deleted
On deletion we remove or irreversibly anonymise your personal data, including:
- Your profile and mobile number.
- Your saved addresses and location data.
- For sellers: your shop profile and listings (subject to settlement/tax records below).
- Any content you submitted, or it is dissociated from your identity.
5.What we may keep (and why)
We may retain limited records where the law requires it — for example, order, payment, and tax/GST records, and information needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations. Retained records are kept only as long as required and are protected accordingly.
6.Timeline
Account access is disabled promptly on request. Personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except for the limited records described above.
7.If you have open orders
Please complete or cancel any open orders and resolve pending payments or refunds before deleting, since deletion ends your access to order history and support for those orders.
